Using the handy-dandy formula in the DMG, I've determined that the skill challenge you guys overcame to solve the mystery of the odd crimes was worth 400 XP, so 100 each. Not bad for only 2 hours of actual play time.

I was surprised at how long chargen took, but we're all newbies all of a sudden, so I guess it should be no surprise.

Roleplaying was fun, as was getting to know the characters.
